Morgan Creek Estates (originally Farm Colony + Hiteman lots) is a small association of custom homes in a country atmosphere. We are located on the outskirts of Yorkville just off IL71 and Reservation Road. Homesites are 1 acre + with addresses including 7715-7725 Reservation Road; 29-135 Country Lane/Road along with all addresses in Morgan Ct and Colony Ct. Our association is unique because we have our own IL EPA approved central well water system providing clean tap water to our homeowners.
